Terms of use
Pilot terms. The service is in an invitation-only pilot. These terms will be reviewed again, and may change, before the public launch.
Effective date: October 9, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Binj App Inc about Runnext, called "the service" below. By creating an account you agree to them and to the privacy policy.
YouTube
The service uses YouTube API Services to find public YouTube Shorts, for accounts that have Shorts switched on. By using the service you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. How we handle what we read from YouTube is in our Privacy Policy, which also links to the Google Privacy Policy.
Who can use it
The service is for people who own or run a small business in the United States and make their own posts. You must be 18 or older and allowed to act for the business. One business per account.
The pilot
The service is in a pilot. Access is by invitation: you need the pilot passcode. Do not share it. Features, limits and prices are being tested. They may change, and the pilot may pause or end.
Your account
- You sign up with an email address and a password of at least 8 characters.
- The sign-up page says "By signing up you agree to the Terms and the Privacy Policy", with a link to each. We record which version you agreed to, and when.
- We do not check the email address at sign-up. Use one you control: reset links and notices go there.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- A browser stays signed in for 30 days. Resetting your password signs out every browser. Changing it on your account page signs out every browser but the one you are using.
- Your work is kept for 12 months. Each drop, angle and trend search is deleted 12 months after it was made, with everything written for it: full angles, scripts, briefs, prompt sets and search results. Copy anything you want to keep.
What the service does
- Reads your website. From the address you give us, we draft a business profile and a buyer reading. You check, edit and confirm both.
- Weekly drop. About eight ranked post ideas ("angles"), each with a headline, a hook and the reason for its rank. A new drop is made for you from 5:00 a.m. Pacific each Monday, and you can ask for a fresh one.
- Paid pieces. Opening an angle gives you the full angle. Then you can add a video script, a static brief, or a prompt set (prompts for AI image and video tools).
- Trend finder. Ask what is working in your field. We draft a search plan you can edit. Running it finds up to ten public TikTok videos from the US (and YouTube Shorts, where they are switched on for your account) that beat their creator's usual views, with our view of why each worked and what to borrow. "Make it mine" turns one into an angle preview for your business.
What the service does not promise
Everything the service writes comes from AI models working from your website, your edits and public videos. It can be wrong, out of date or a poor fit.
- These are suggestions. We do not promise views, followers, customers, sales or any other result.
- Lines marked "Likely" are a guess, not something your website said.
- You decide what to post, and you are responsible for it.
- Before you post, check every fact, price, offer, date and claim. Make sure it is true and that it follows the rules that apply to your business.
- Images or videos made from a prompt set are not your real work. Never present them as if they were.
- "Usual views" and the multiples we show are our own calculations from public counts at the time shown. Counts change.
Credits and prices
- Starting credit. A new email address gets $20.00 of credit, once. Signing up again with an address that had an account before does not bring it again.
- Prices in the pilot. Full angle: $3.50. Video script: $12.00. Static brief: $12.00. Prompt set: $5.00. Trend search: $4.00. Each price is fixed and shown on its button before you press it. Prices may change later.
- Free. Reading your website, the profile and buyer reading, drop previews, search plans and "Make it mine", within the daily limits below.
- Charged only on delivery. When you buy a piece or run a search, its price is set aside from your credit. If it is delivered, that amount is charged. If it fails, or a search finds nothing usable, the amount goes back and you pay nothing. A search where no video could be watched counts as failed.
- Repeat searches. The same search repeated within 24 hours shows your stored results again, free; a fresh run costs the normal price. If another owner ran the same search in the last 24 hours, yours may reuse those videos at the normal price, with the write-up done afresh for you. The results page says when the videos were pulled.
- Adding credit. In the pilot no card is asked for and no money moves. You can ask for $10, $25 or $50 on your wallet page, up to three requests at a time. We add credit by hand, and may decline.
- No refunds or cash value. Credit can only be spent in the service. It cannot be refunded, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money.
- Deleting your account. Any credit left is lost.
The trend finder and other people's content
- The videos belong to their creators. We do not host them. We show a link to the original post, public counts, the creator's handle and our own notes.
- We keep a video's public counts for 30 days after we read them. After that a stored results page shows the video without them: only how far it beat its creator's usual views, as of that date.
- You can play a video in its platform's own player (TikTok's, or YouTube's) or open it there. That platform's terms apply.
- "Usual views" and the multiple are our own calculations. They are not TikTok's or YouTube's figures.
- The timing tags ("Timeless", "Trending") are our opinion. They are not legal advice and not permission.
- Copying an idea or a structure is different from copying footage, music, words or a person's likeness. Do not reuse a creator's video, audio, voice, face, name or brand without permission. Check that you may use a trending sound for a business.
- Follow the rules of each platform you post on.
- Do not use results to harass a creator.
- Creators can ask to be left out. Their videos are then removed from stored results, including yours.
Your content and our use of it
- What you give us: your website address, your edits and answers, your search questions, your ratings and notes, and your answers to the pilot's question. It stays yours. Only give us a website you own or are allowed to use.
- You let us use it to run the service for you, including sending it to the companies that process it for us (see the privacy policy).
- What we write for you: you may use it in your business. We do not show it to other owners, but they may get similar ideas.
- Ratings and costs. We use your ratings and notes, your answers to the pilot's question ("Could you have gotten this from a free chatbot?"), and what each action cost us, to improve the service and set prices. Our staff read the notes. In the pilot they also review search results to compare ranking methods.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- use an email address or a website that is not yours to use
- share your account or the passcode
- open extra accounts to collect starting credit, or try to get around limits or prices
- use bots or scripts, or copy results in bulk
- probe, overload or try to break the service
- use the service to make content that is unlawful, misleading or hateful, or that infringes someone's rights.
Free limits per day
Per account, per day (the day turns over at midnight Pacific):
- reading a website and drafting a profile: 5
- drafting a buyer reading: 5
- fresh drops: 3 (the Monday drop counts as one)
- search plans: 20
- "Make it mine": 5
You can run one trend search at a time. Sign-ups and wrong password tries are limited per connection. These limits may change.
Availability
The service runs on one server and depends on other companies (the privacy policy lists them). Any of them can fail. A search usually takes three to four minutes and is stopped if it runs too long. We also cap what the service spends in a day. Once the cap is reached, anything new you start, paid or free, waits until midnight Pacific: the page says "Back shortly, nothing was charged." and nothing is set aside or charged. Work already running finishes and is charged as usual. A Monday drop may arrive later. We do not promise the service will always be available or error-free.
Ending or deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time on your account page, with your password. It cannot be undone. The privacy policy says what is deleted and what stays. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Some things are deleted sooner, without you asking. Each drop, angle and trend search is deleted 12 months after it was made. A piece you paid for is deleted with its angle, and the credit spent on it is not returned. A video's public counts are deleted 30 days after we read them, and its creator's usual views with them. The privacy policy has the details.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as it is, in a pilot. We make no promises beyond these terms. We do not promise that suggestions are accurate, original, lawful to post or right for your business, or that public counts are correct.
Limits of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses from using the service or posting what it suggests.
Indemnity
If someone makes a claim against us because of what you posted, the website you gave us, or your breaking these terms, you cover our reasonable costs.
Changes
We may change these terms. The new version will carry a new effective date. Using the service after that means you accept it. An account made on or after 2026-10-07 records the version it agreed to at sign-up. Older accounts have no record.
